At Zen Veda, we strive to provide high-quality supplements that support your wellness journey. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 4 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns will be approved on a case-by-case basis and require prior email authorization at info@zenveda.store.
  • We do not accept returns for opened or used supplements due to safety and hygiene concerns.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for products that are:
    • Damaged during transit (must provide unboxing video proof).
    • Incorrect items received (unboxing video required).
    • Defective packaging or leakage issues (proof needed).
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, personal dislike of taste, or delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days after approval.

3. Return Process

  • To request a return, email us at info@zenveda.store with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video proof (mandatory for damage/defect claims)
  • If your request is approved, we will provide return shipping details.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear, unedited video must be recorded while opening the package.
  • The video should show the full unboxing process from the sealed package to the product inside.
  • No refund or replacement will be provided without valid proof.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Items purchased on clearance or special promotions.
  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may request a refund and place a new order.
